Terms of Service
- If a booking is cancelled by the Customer more than 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, all monies paid will be refundable.
- If a booking is cancelled by the Customer less than 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of the full cost of the journey will be payable.
- If a booking is cancelled by the Customer less than 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of the full cost of the journey will be payable.
- If a wedding booking is cancelled 30 days before the start of the period of hire, the deposit will be non-refundable.
- If multiple vehicle bookings are cancelled by the Customer, within 7 days before the start of the period of hire, 100% of the full cost of the journeys will be payable.
- If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, 100% of the full cost of the journey will be payable.
Privacy Policy
What we may collect
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data includes first name, last name, username, or similar identifier. When you email, phone, live chat or otherwise, we may collect information such as your first name, last name, email address and phone number.
- Contact Data includes billing address, invoicing address, email address and telephone numbers.
Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
Transaction Data includes details about payments and other details of our Services you have purchased from us.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location. browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this Website.
Why do we collect your information?
Data collected upon payments are stored principally by Sage Pay for online bookings and monthly invoicing, and also by Metro Bank, Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay for alternative payment methods. We may add more payment providers, but we will not have access to your financial information on our side, nor share any data accumulated from use of our services, from financial behaviour to visits to pages on our site, which we use to improve our content.
We will only send you emails which relate to your account such as information on important changes to your account, credits applied to or due to expire from your account and changes to the terms of your account with us. We will not send promotional emails nor instruct third parties to send any emails unless strictly instructed to do so by the account representative via an opt-in request.

The right to access you have the right obtain confirmation that your personal information is being processed and receive a copy of this information. This information will be provided to you for free, however, additional requests may be subject to a reasonable charge.
